Life log of a mother of three and yoga teacher

Erin Bowman, Mom, RYT. The world of this mother of three and new yoga teacher is unfolding in incredible ways. My experiences are amazing and I want to remember them, and share them. The only times I have kept a journal have been when I was traveling abroad. In some ways teaching yoga is similar in that each day reveals unexpected adventure, opportunities to learn about myself, and people I could not invent.
